M1's horrible service
I have done something ironic on Saturday. I bought my new hp, 6230i from M1 again. I am stuck with a 2 yrs contract with them.
I have been complaining of M1's horrible service on friday, yet I bought e new hp from them.
Their customer service is so bad. Their customer service officer, Ann Lee couldnt keep to wat she has promised me and came out with 2 diff stories in a day. Now then I know tat M1's customer service officers are liars. Anyway she is working at Change Alley, so if anyone go there, do not ask for her service or Vincent's service as they are liars.
When I called up 1627, I discovered something. M1 has insufficient money to hire enough managers or rather they have too much complaints in a day. As I have to wait more than 1 hr for them to call back, yet they didnt call. I have to call them instead.
Until today, they havent called me back abt my complaint. Talking abt loyal customers? Talking abt asking SingTel n StarHub's customers to go over when their service is so lousy? Talking abt gd service?
I am really wondering wat does gd service mean to them anyway!
If Starhub is offering the price of the hp tat M1 is offering, I will surely go to StarHub despite of their poor reception. I rather walk under the stars than the sun.
