My happy day :)

Since the supervior from M1 didnt give me a call regarding my complaint, I called directly to the Customer Service Hotline myself.
n e end, they gave me a reduction of $10 off my monthly subcription for 6 mths, but they didnt tell me wat they intend to do with the officer. he just told me tat he will feedback to e supervisor in-charge there n give them more training. To me, training is so insufficient.
If they want to keep the customers, they should have done more. Like giving her a harsh warning or etc. Cause this is not my first time dealing with horrible services. If you can become a customer service officers, your standard should be quite gd, unless their way of standard is bad themselves. haha
Enough of my complaints.
I have just received preview screening to 'Initial D' on 22 June at Beach Rd. The card admits two person. I am so happy. I am starting to wondering whether they would invite Jay Chou to come anot. Imagine if he really come, I will be in e same theatre with him n breathing e same air as him. Thinking of tat really make me happy.
