Valentine's Day at Raffles Palce Park 2006
My company, SPHMBO, The New Paper jointly organised a Valentine's Day at Raffles Place Park yesterday, 14 Feb '06. We planned for 120 couples but due to overwhelming response, 125 couples signed up instead. We accepted the extra 5 couples and went on with the Event.
My role there was to take charge of the reception counters and to go around, taking pictures. I got great helpers helping me out, who were Jac, Alicia, Sylvia, Huey Jiuan, Lily and Raymond.
The couples could send in their sms for the partner and the messages were shown on the LED Screen. We even gave prizes, which were $4000 worth of Soo Kee Jewellery set and 2 pairs of Motorola L7 mobile phones. (I envy the couples who got the prizes.)
They were 2 proposing couples too and they won themselves 3d & 2n resort stay. V-Day proposal infront of the public.
Lastly, The Classic, a koran movie was shown. A lot of couples stayed till the end.
I hope that everyone have enjoyed themselves yesterday.
