Blacklist Eastern Holidays
I am burning with fire now!
I am so fed up with this stupid travel agency, Eastern Holidays at Chinatown Point.
At first when I purchased e ticket, service was gd n I placed another tentative booking with them.
I kept calling them to confirm on e flights on mon, 3 July '06 n told me tat it was available. Today 5 July '06 I called them telling them I am going down to pay for e tickets n wanted e ticket and not some email. The assistant Jane called me up saying that one of the flights could not be pulled through cause it was a shared flight. If I insist to have the flight, they will issue different tickets n I have to pay at least 2 times of wat I am supposed to pay. She apologised that she overlooked on tat part. Jane even said tat u could ask ur bf to change e timing. I ask her tat who is going to pay for e difference if they charge. She just laughed.
I tried speaking to their supervisor n I got even mad. She told me that she only earned $10-$20 out of my ticket. They are not going to pay for e difference. They made it sound as if tat I am supposed to pay for their overlook. They told me tat they could try to place me at a later timing but I will be placed on waiting list. She said tat she cant guarnette tat I will get e seat.
Is this e kind of service tat I am looking at? Paying extra money for their overlook? If they couldnt afford to have gd service, I would suggest tat they close their agency. Somemore it was a last minute, if I didnt tell her tat I wanted ticket, she wouldnt even bother to check.
I have just written an email to NATAS. I hope to get an answer from them. I am going to blacklist this agency and will complain to CASE. If I cant get a satisfied answer, they will hear from my lawyer soon.
