Korean trip, 23-30 Dec '06

I shall write a happy entry now. After 24 yrs, I have finally gotten to see snow.

I went to Korea with baby on 23-30 Dec '06 on a package tour from Chan Brothers. The package price is exp but they compensated with their services. The Korean tour guide was much much better than e Sporean tour guide. She knew her stuff better while e Sporean one just go round hugging ppl. Seems so slutty.

We reached Korea at abt 6 plus am n we went to have McDonald. Their McDonald tasted so much better than here. The air outside was so cold n I have to wear so many layers of clothing. Baby just wore one polo shirt n he got scolding from e local there cause he only wore one piece. Seems funny. :)

The Korean tour guide was fantastic, she could just go on talking on e bus, from e time I slept to e time I woke up, which was abt 1-2 hrs without stopping. Cool rite.

E photographer tat we got was very quiet but helpful. She could just manage all e luggages by herself, helping us to carry up e bus. She kept taking pics of us cause I will have diff postures but e rest will just have e same old postures. When she fell down, she didnt even say anything n continued working. When she came out of e toilet, her eyes r red but she still said tat she was fine.

Stayed at diff hotels every nite n every morning, we have to take our luggage n go to a diff place. We got to go their convenient mart.

Went to e place where they filmed 'Winter Sonata'. E photo effect tat we took at their rows of trees was so nice, as if we were e main actor n actress. hee hee :p

Stayed at Ski resort for two days n got to cook there too. The ppl from our tour group are very funny n friendly. We even discussed with each other abt wat we can place in our noodles. The room is very spacious n we can cook too! Got to watch 'Inuyasha' there too. Tried skiing for e first time but I could go on skiing n couldnt stop. Knocked into other ppl twice, so embarrassed. haha

In this tour, there is an irritating couple who only got together 4 mths. On e second day, as they only sat behind, I could hear wat they r saying. It goes like this 'Girl: Why must u scold me everytime? Until I am scared to do anything? I only go toilet for a while'
After e conversation, e gal's face was black as characol during breakfast. Only after when we went Everland, her bf bought so cute hat, she started to smile. Lame
They went late almost every morning but they dont seem sorry abt tat. There was once tat they were late for an hr but they treat it as if they r rite! Just because it was e gal's birthday. So wat?! She is not e queen. We paid money to go holiday n not wait for u, u bitch!

We went to their Everland n Lotte fun world. Both are indoor n outdoor entertainment parks. Very nice places. Ppl there were very friendly.

One hotel tat we went, I suspect e bedsheet behind was dirty n had bedbugs. Cause baby n I have rashes after tat. Only e both of us, u believe it? But ironically, it was e only hotel rm tat have taiwan dramas. Was watching a bit of e 'Wei xiao pasta'.

Went to Jeju for one day. Went to climb their mountain. It was so high, cold n windy. When we nearly reached e top, e scenery was so breathtaking. I was worried at e same time tat we will be blown away cause e wind was so strong. In Jeju, I got to see snow finally. Was so happy when I finally saw it. The temp was like -10 n I was wearing abt 3 piece clothing everday.

The last day, we stayed at their 6 star hotel. So high class, but only got to sleep only for 3-4 hrs. Slep at 2am n woke up at 6am. The bed was so comfortable but didnt get to enjoy much.

Will defintely go back to Korea again. The fashion there is much better n more fashionable. Food there taste nicer. Everything just seem so nice, until we were blur abt which day is tat day.
