My 'unfair' post

'Where has fairness gone to?' Or rather there is no such thing as being fair in this world.

I came across it on Friday afternoon during e meeting. For two years plus, I have being doing 4 things n alot of things more in my work. When I reflected it to my immediate boss J, e only thing tat I could remember was she said was 'Either u take it or break it. Take it as a chance to learn!' I am a machine to them, I could only do more n couldnt say I couldnt take it. Even my tears didnt save me!

But during e meeting, both of them did some acting n dropped some tears..... Wat good acting skills they have. One is almost 30 yrs old n one is 31 0r 32 yrs old. Ginger is still e best in old ones! They said tat they couldnt take on anymore. Lets' name them G n A.

A is a greenhorn in this line n a events executive. Pls charity is not an ad or events line. Go back to ur charity line! She said something like 'Doing wat she is doing now is so easy but waste alot of time. She wants to do events management!' haha Even she didnt know how to do to do events booking, how r u going to do events mgt! She dont even how how to take initative in lots of matters! 'For ur info, she only did my 1 out of 4 things n she is complaining!' I have managed e building mgt for e 2 out of 4 with my tears n sweat. If she is in my position 2 yrs ago, she willnt be saying tat it was easy.

For G, maybe e things tat she is doing is quite a bit n hello, she is a assistant manager. Company pays u a higher salary to do more than 1 things n not just serve ur internal colleagues.

I will get back wat belong to me! I got back 1 day of my leave! wahaha
