Shopping in Bangkok
Went Bangkok again last thur. Took the 9.20pm Swiss Air flight out and reached there abt 10 plus pm.
Booked Ibis Siam. The taxi driver didnt know where the hotel is and we had to show him e hotel name in thai language.
The variety for their breakfast is quite little and we started our journey.
The hotel was near a coffin shop. The coffin shop just close with the metal grilles every nite. Was asking baby tat wouldnt e owner be scared tat someone would come n steal e coffin? He was like 'Who will steal coffin?' Maybe e person is poor n couldnt afford coffin, so must steal mah! Logic rite? hee hee
I would take a look at e shop whenever we pass by. Dont know why but just want to look although it is e same everyday. He say got small coffin for children but I didnt see it.
Went to Coca for our lunch n another steamboat shop in MBK. I just cant seem to remember e name. Memory is failing me. Oh no......
Went Chatuchak on Sat. Reached there abt 11plus am n left at abt 6pm. Spent quite a while looking for my bag shop. So happy tat we found it! Bought 2 bags from there n the owner gave me a small purse cause I told her tat I walked round Chatuchak a few times just to find her shop!
Saw e pets at e pets shop. There were rabbits at 180-200 baht each, squirrel, chihuahua, dogs n etc. So cute! I want but cant take back!
Found a shoes shop near e hotel n bought 3 pairs of shoes at 199 baht each. Got a discount of 5 baht. haha The owner was nice as he helped me expand my shoes n soften e back of e shoes for me, free of charge. Must go there buy again. :p
There was a minced meat-fishball-fried wanton-vegetable-chai siew noodle stall near e hotel. It tastes much better when we ate it at the stall itself.
Left on Sun at 4.05pm n reached Singapore at abt 7.20pm. Spent only 2 days there.
Going Bangkok for shopping again.
Must start to go holiday more before I start my new job. Cant take leave during my 3 mths probation. Must be gd gal! :)
